Joseph Johnson, 25, is from Tobyhanna PA .   A graduate from The Culinary Institute of America, who interned at the Tribeca Grill (owned by Robert Deniro).  Currently Joe is a Sous Chef at Morgan Stanley Executive dinning.  Also working on an all-encompassing online food platform called Urpalate.com.
