Chef Justin N. Gaines, 28, is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with Degrees in Culinary Arts and Business Management. He is also the winner of the Food Network’s Show “Chopped” series entitled “Winning it.” As a student and technician of culinary, “ChefJust” has 14 years of professional kitchen and restaurant experience. Currently, Chef Justin is working as the Corp Executive Head Chef within Sa Za Serious Italian Food company, sazapizza.com in Montgomery, AL as well as a private chef and caterer in the Tri-State. Areas of culinary expertise include Italian, Creole, French, New & Contemporary American, Pan Asian and Organic cuisines. Justin has excelled in Executive Sous Chef and Head Chef positions in Italian Restaurants, French American, Whole Foods Market as well as in home venues and featured catered events. Joseph Johnson, 25, is from Tobyhanna PA . A graduate from The Culinary Institute of America, who interned at the Tribeca Grill (owned by Robert Deniro). Currently Joe is a Sous Chef at Morgan Stanley Executive dinning. Also working on an all-encompassing online food platform called Urpalate.com.
