Keep in mind that while the signs discussed here are those that commonly lead to a break up, every situation is different and therefore every relationship should be analyzed according to the specific circumstances that surround it. Even if you have noticed some of these signs within your relationship, the worst thing you can do is jump to conclusions or blow things out of proportion.
Since nobody likes to be blind-sided by emotional curveballs, it is important for you to learn how to recognize the signs that your dating relationship might be coming to an end. Instead, use this information as a tool with which to open a dialogue with your partner and make an attempt to communicate sincerely with him or her about your concerns before making any radical decisions.

Signs To Watch Out For :

Lack of communication – the easiest way to ruin a relationship is to neglect the importance of open, honest and frequent communication. If the conversation between you and your partner has become dull, forced or non-existent, it may be an indication that bigger problems are looming on the horizon.

Petty fights – while the break up to make up cycle might be thrilling for some, frequent fighting over trivial things will only build resentments and deepen the emotional divide between you and your partner. If you notice that you and your partner are constantly bickering about silly things or that minor things are being routinely blown out of proportion, it is possible that the end is near.

Continuous criticism – when the quirky idiosyncrasies that first drew you to your partner start to irritate you or vice versa, then you might be more inclined to criticize each other’s every move. If there are more criticisms than compliments being exchanged between you and your partner, the relationship is probably in danger of failing.

Minimal affection/intimacy – relationship issues are not always easy to hide between the sheets. A dramatic change in sexual activity or in the level of affection and intimacy is a common sign that there may be something wrong within the relationship. It is not a good sign if you or your partner has lost interest in sex or if the sexual relationship is no longer satisfying.

Loss of the 50/50 balance – healthy relationships are all about balance. If you notice that you are doing all of the giving within the relationship or perhaps even all of the getting, then something is terribly wrong. Both you and your partner need to benefit from the relationship so when the scales spend way too much time tipped to one side or the other, it might be time to think about moving on.

Seeking greener pastures – when the grass starts to look greener in other pastures, it is usually a sign that the relationship is no longer living up to your expectations. Things are probably not going very well if you are constantly comparing your partner to other people or if your partner frequently does that to you.

Lack of self-esteem – when you are in a healthy and happy relationship, you usually feel good about yourself. On the other hand, when a relationship has turned sour, it is pretty common for the people in it to begin feeling really lousy about themselves.

Not only is she unique, her sound is like no other. Don’t try to marginalize her or put her sound in a specific genre. Her sound is pop, it’s hip-hop, it’s R&B and it’s alternative. Chelsea Lynn is one of the music industry’s newest faces and she is here to stay. “I grew up listening to classical music and country music, my sound is my own, there is a beginning and an end to my songs, I want to relay a story to my audience,” said Chelsea Lynn.

For as long as Chelsea Lynn can remember, she wanted to be a singer and her twin sister wanted to be a doctor, and today, as they both live

their dreams, she couldn’t be happier with her decision. Chelsea Lynn considers herself your average run of the mill girl, who’s on a mission to accomplish all of her dreams. She’s creative, she loves to write and she enjoys being around family and friends. “What you see is what you get. A lot of people love me,” said Chelsea Lynn.

Chelsea Lynn, who’s signed to Phoreground Entertainment, is working on putting the finishing touches on her album “Five Words (You Know Who You Are)”due out in 2011. The album title was named for all the people who impacted Chelsea Lynn’s life—they know who they are. The first single off the album is “Control,” which is available on iTunes and everywhere. The album tells the story of Chelsea Lynn’s life from the beginning of her journey in the music industry. While it has taken her years to get the album to this point, Chelsea Lynn says “it’s been therapeutic, while someone else might journal, I write lyrics. I am sharing some of my most personal experiences with everyone.” Chelsea Lynn’s influences include her parents, her manager Russ Ruler, Whitney Houston, Chaka Khan, Anita Baker, Maxwell and Audra McDonald.

Though Chelsea Lynn wrote all the songs on the album and they are all favorites, she says two are especially close to her—“My Heart” and “Gets no Better,” the first is sad, but it tells the story of heartbreak, since she has had her heart broken a couple of times and the other is the second single off the album and it’s a lot more positive, it tells naysayers that she has found love and it’s ok if they don’t like her man, because at th

e end of the day, it’s not their man.

In addition to being an artist, Chelsea Lynn also writes for other celebrity artists and says that she enjoys writing and ghost writing for other people, but says it would be hard for her to have someone write for her because of how picky she is and the fact that the person would have to keep it classy and remember her main goal—make her parents proud and make young women proud. Outside of music, Chelsea Lynn started a clothing line that she says is sexy and classy. “I think there is a way that you can dress without showing 99 percent skin,” she said.

In everything she does it is important that Chelsea Lynn stays true to herself. “I probably would have gotten a lot more opportunities if I compromised myself and my thoughts, but that’s not how it’s going down, some people bash me because of the way I ha

ve chosen to do this,” she said. Chelsea Lynn’s message to young women is find within yourself true self-esteem and love yourself, because at that point it wouldn’t matter what anyone says about your goals, you would still be able to accomplish them. “I grew up in an environment where I didn’t see people like me, so because of that it took me a long time to accept my large lips and know that I wouldn’t be super skinny,” Chelsea Lynn said.

You can connect with Chelsea Lynn on her facebook fan page, follow her on twitter @chelsealynn or you can check her out at www.chelsealynn.net or www.phoreground.com.
By Shaila Mentore

Singing sensation Range is enjoying the success of his single “Ghetto Dance” featuring Rick Ross and looking forward to taking the music industry by storm. “My music is entertaining and fun, I talk about everyday things, love and being single. I want people to relate to my music and enjoy it,” Range said.

Twenty-four year old Range, who was born in Philadelphia and grew up in Connecticut, has been involved in music since he was about 10 years old, but started singing seriously at age 18. “I would sing because my mom made me, but I really wanted to rap—just for fun, Range said. He got into the industry as a songwriter, and has written songs for the likes of Jamie Foxx, Ludacris and T-Pain. He is a singer, songwriter and producer—a triple threat.

Range is signed to Star Roc/Roc Nation and currently working on wrapping up his debut album, which is due out next year and promoting the first single off the album “Ghetto Dance,” featuring Rick Ross. “Right now it’s about getting the single as big as possible and building the fan base. The album is coming, it’s fire, and I’m not just saying that,” Range boasted. Range wrote and co-wrote half of the album and worked with Ryan Leslie and Ne-Yo, who he considers geniuses in their own right and said he learned so much from both of them. Some of Range’s musical influences include Rick Ross, Drake and Eminem, but he also listens to the likes of Aaliyah, Justin Bieber, Elvis and Mariah, however, Jay-Z is his favorite rapper of all time.

When he is not working—which is rear, he enjoys playing video games, going to the beach, listening to music and shopping, which he loves to do. When he does get a chance to chill, he said he will be on South Beach on the jet skies.

You can check range out and see the “Ghetto Dance” video at www.rangeofficial.com, follow him on twitter or become a fan on facebook.

The night was filled with top celebrities wearing top designers in dresses that turned heads, either for being gorgeous or downright atrocious. Glee’s Lea Michele was donned one of the night’s best dressed in a fabulous Oscar de la Renta gown.

Are you ready to take the plunge and try a new fitness activity? How about water exercise? Also known as aquatics, water exercise is one of the best non-impact fitness activities around and just about anybody can participate. Pregnant women, the elderly or overweight, individuals with arthritis or those recovering from an injury can all benefit from the wide variety of aquatics classes currently available.

Here are the facts: The buoyancy of water reduces the “weight” of a person by about 90%, which means that the stress on weightbearing joints, bones and muscles is similarly reduced. For this reason, it is unlikely that a water workout will result in injury or leave you with sore muscles. That’s why the pool is such a great place for people with arthritis or back problems to exercise. It is also great for those who are new to exercise.

But don’t get the idea that just because it doesn’t hurt, you can’t get a great workout in the pool. Water exercise can encompass all of the components of fitness: cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. And, when done regularly, water exercise can help reduce body fat.

Works Your Heart

Aerobic workouts in the pool are perfect for those who find certain movements on land—running, striding, kicking, leaping and even dancing—too jarring or painful.

Keep in mind that in the water, heart rate will be reduced by as much as 17 beats per minute when compared to land exercise. That’s why it’s so important to pay attention to how you feel. Your heart rate might indicate that your intensity is too low when you are actually exercising quite strenuously.

Water Adds Resistance

The resistance of water is perfect for a strength-training workout; instead of weights, the water itself provides the resistance. One of the easiest ways to create resistance in the water is to cup your hands and push or pull the water away from you.

Other devices, such as hand-held paddles and water chutes can increase the resistance to provide a more intense workout.

The Flexible Benefits of Water

One of the greatest benefits of water exercise is its effect on flexibility. Water is a welcome environment for performing stretches that might otherwise be difficult on land.

Because the effects of gravity are lessened, you can move your joints through a wider range of motion and achieve long-term flexibility.

Aquatics 101

Once you’ve decided to take the plunge, it’s simply a matter of finding the right class for you. Check with your health club or YMCA to see if they offer aquatics classes and drop in on one or two to see if they are right for your fitness level.

A good class should include a good warm-up, a period of cardiovascular and muscle conditioning that gradually increases and then decreases in intensity, and a cool-down. The cool-down should include plenty of flexibility exercises for the entire body.

If you have a preference for music, find a class that suits your taste. Don’t be afraid to ask about instructor qualifications and safety precautions. Your instructor should be certified and may also have special training in aquatic exercise.

The pool is a fun place to feel like a kid again and get a great workout. In fact, instead of feeling out of breath or exhausted, you may feel surprisingly calm, yet energetic, following an aquatic exercise class. So, even if you’re a dip-your-toe-in-the-water type of person, don’t be afraid to take the plunge into water fitness.

There is one successful way to not only make money but to avoid losing money in the financial markets. That is to avoid the ‘certainties’ determined by the Wall Street consensus and to consider investing into areas disliked by the Wall Street consensus.

Look back a decade ago…The United States government was running a budget surplus, no Western country could ever imagine facing default and the only BRICs anyone had heard of were the ones used to build houses.

At the time, Wall Street was telling everyone there were two surefire investments which were the road to riches for the average American. The two surefire investments were technology stocks and housing. Subsequently, both the NASDAQ bubble and the U.S. housing bubble burst in spectacular fashion. It was the bursting of the housing bubble which has brought the American economy to its knees.

And at the same time, Wall Street told everyone to avoid other areas such as those “dangerous” emerging markets like China and gold. It was a relic and only a nut case would invest in gold. After all, it was at a two-decade low of $279 an ounce.

That advice really worked out well–not! While the Dow Jones average has gone nowhere, the NASDAQ was sliced in half, and housing prices collapsed, gold prices have steadily climbed in the past decade to its current level above $1200 an ounce.

Meanwhile, China experienced near double-digit economic growth nearly every year in the past decade. And other emerging markets like Brazil and India have also done remarkably well.

In fact, the emerging markets have done so well that they are countries that are sitting on huge amounts of surpluses and are not at the risk of default as are many Western nations.

So what are the “geniuses” on Wall Street saying today?

The consensus is that gold is a “bubble” and sure to collapse. The geniuses are also saying that China and other emerging markets are also bubbles sure to collapse at any time.

Keep in mind, these are the same people that somehow did not see the almost-impossible-to-miss bubbles that were the NASDAQ and the U.S. housing markets.

And what does Wall Street like? Why, of course, they love U.S. Treasuries. The consensus is urging everyone to get into Treasuries for “safety” reasons. That is laughable!

U.S. Treasuries are the biggest bubble I have seen in my 30 years in the investment industry. It is merely a “momentum” trade that everyone on Wall Street is piling into.

During the NASDAQ bubble, people would “invest” into companies with no realistic business plan, no revenues and no hopes of ever making money. Or if a company had earnings, investors would pay 100 times earnings.

Today in the Treasuries bubble, investors are once again paying sky-high prices for tiny streams of income. For example, in the case of the 10-year inflation adjusted notes (TIPS), investors are now paying more than 100 times the expected annual return.

In addition, the amount of money pouring into bond funds from individual investors is similar to the money flows that went into technology mutual funds at the height of the tech mania. And the chart comparing the performance of the NASDAQ in the bubble years to the recent performance of the U.S. Treasury market is also scarily similar.

Bottom line–it will end very badly some day for investors who buy Treasuries, with the bonds losing 50 percent or more of their value.

What should investors do? Get out of bonds and look at areas that are out of favor on Wall Street such as gold, other commodities and emerging markets.

“Anything you wear should be proportioned to your body, and a good tailor will make sure everything fits perfectly. I either have my tailor at every fitting or I have my stylist pin my wardrobe and take it to the tailor before I wear anything. Shortening a hem line on a dress can make a huge difference!”

The popularity of walking as a fitness activity is growing by leaps and bounds. Low risk and easy to start, walking has proved its health benefits in numerous studies.

The popularity of walking as a fitness activity is growing by leaps and bounds. Low risk and easy to start, walking has proved its health benefits in numerous studies. A classic eight-year study of 13,000 people conducted at the Institute for Aerobics Research under the direction of Dr. Steven Blair found that those who walked the equivalent of 30 minutes a day had a significantly lower risk of premature death than those who rarely exercised.

A regular walking program can help:

Reduce blood cholesterol

Lower blood pressure

Increase cardiovascular endurance

Boost bone strength

Burn calories and keep weight down

Get Ready

A walking program is simple to start. All you need are comfortable clothes and shoes. It is a good idea to layer loose clothing, keeping in mind that exercise elevates the body’s temperature. Shoes specifically designed for walking are your best option.

Every workout should begin with a brief warm-up and a few simple stretches. Walk around the house or in place for a few minutes to get the blood flowing to the muscles before you attempt to stretch them. Although walking primarily works the major muscles of the legs, don’t forget to stretch your back, shoulders and arms. This will help to loosen up any tension you may be carrying and make your walk more enjoyable, as well as more effective.

Get Moving

Beginning walkers can make their workouts less strenuous by limiting how fast and far they walk. Keep the following in mind:

Walk short distances—Begin with a five-minute stroll and gradually increase your distance.

Forget about speed—Walk at a comfortable pace. Focus on good posture, keeping your head lifted and shoulders relaxed.

Swing your arms naturally—Breathe deeply. If you can’t catch your breath, slow down or avoid hills.

Be sure that you can talk while walking—If you can’t converse, you are walking too fast.

Get Fit!

Walking is one fitness activity that allows you numerous options. Once you have reached a point where you can walk a few miles with relative ease, you can start to vary the intensity.

Walking hills, in addition to increasing your cardiovascular endurance, is a great way to tone the legs. Concentrate on lengthening your stride or increasing your speed. And don’t forget to reward yourself after each workout with a few minutes of relaxing stretches to help prevent sore muscles.

Listening to lively music while you walk is also a great way to energize your workout. But if you wear headphones, keep the volume down and watch out for traffic that you may not hear.

Keep track of your progress. Many experts recommend that you walk a minimum of 30 minutes a day, but there are no hard and fast rules. Fit walking into your schedule whenever you can. That may mean three 10-minute walks each day, or even hour-long walks two to three times a week. The best schedule is one that keeps you walking and keeps you fit!
